This training provided volunteers with an opportunity to enhance their service skills, and facilitators delivered efficient, welcoming service instruction. During the session, the Student Affairs Office outlined the “10 MUST-KNOWs” for freshmen, covering key information such as service functions, registration procedures, and dormitory guidelines to ensure volunteers were fully familiar with each aspect. The atmosphere reached its peak as student volunteers engaged in a series of fun ice-breaking games.

Besides volunteers, the Student Dormitory and Psychological Counseling groups under the Student Affairs Office also devoted themselves to new rotations. The Student Dormitory assisted students in registering for dormitories and offered relevant information to help them adapt to university life. At the same time, the Psychology Counseling group not only launched lectures on adaptation and activities to promote mental health, but also offered instant psychological information for freshmen, fully taking care of students’ physical and mental needs.

The smooth orientation implies the delicate layout of administrative support and care for students by the Student Affairs Office. From earlier organization and training and volunteers’ enthusiastic, professional service on-site, to the partnership with local campus service providers, it embodies its commitment to a student-centered approach with perfection.
