  • The referrer may contact us for any enquiries about the referral through emails or phone calls.

  • If the counselor cannot reach the student within two weeks after the referral, the counselor will notify the referrer through email and discuss alternative helping approaches with the referrer together. 

    If the student refuses to receive the psychological counseling service, the counselor will encourage him/her to try and respect his/her decision without any coercion.

  • Staffs may obtain more information and the referral form through WeMust APP>Public Document ”SAO”(folder).
