Making Appointment

Our counseling service is for MUST students (including Pre-University, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate students) and is free-of-charge.

Please make an appointment with our counseling team prior to your first visit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your counseling session, please notify us one working day prior to the scheduled appointment.

Filling the Counseling Service Application Online

Procedure

1. Contact us by emails/visiting our office J114 to apply the counseling service, or login to WeMust Student APP to find the application form. Welcome any enquiries via phone calls.

2. Fill out and submit the application form via email, office visit or WeMust Student APP.

3. Confirm the meeting date and time with the counselors.

4. Attend the counseling meeting.

• Warm and friendly interactions with students

• Follow the principle of confidentiality (Please check the confidentiality)

Avoiding Dual Relationships

• Our counselors are not allowed to receive any gifts from students.

• Also, our counselors do not conduct any counseling-related activities outside of counseling rooms.
