The Macau University of Science and Technology and Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited signed a scholarship agreement on July 9th, 2026 to jointly promote youth education in Macao, and to serve as a vital platform for nurturing talent to build and revitalize Macao, thereby giving back to society. Dr. Kwong Ying Wa, Vice President of MUST attended the ceremony.
Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited hosted the ceremony, bringing together seven educational institutions to sign agreements. Dr. Kwong Ying Wa, Vice President of MUST, and Mr. Zhang Pei-ran, Deputy General Manager of Nam Kwong Group signed the agreement in the presence of Mr. Jiang Wei-liang, General Manager of Nam Kwong Group, Mr. Chu Zhi-wen, Representative of the Education and Youth Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao S.A.R., and Dr. Tang Wai Keong, Head of the Department of Educational Resources of the Education and Youth Development Bureau.
Nam Kwong Group has spared no effort in supporting higher education in Macao and generously donated scholarships. This marks the 22nd year of cooperation between the two parties through scholarship programs, which continuously encourages students to pursue all-round development.
Also accompanying the delegation were Dr. Wong Ka Weng, Head of Student Affairs Office, Ms. Cheong Wai Ian, Project Coordinator, alongside ten student representatives.
