Macau University of Science and Technology Student Affairs Office - Psychology Counseling Team successfully held the Career Development Workshop on March 27th (Friday) in Room R401. This event was part of the mental health series activities, led by the university's psychological counselor. Participants were introduced to the knowledge of career planning and vocational identity theory, and explored their personal values and life directions by reflecting on past experiences and envisioning their future expectations.
The workshop was marked by enthusiastic and active interactions among participants. Through the interactive storytelling and story‑listening activities, participants identified meaningful personal qualities and values that are important to their lives and connected these insights to their future development. Participants expressed that the workshop helped them organize past experiences, clarify the competencies needed for making career decisions, and better understand their personal aspirations. And by listening to others’ life stories and values, participants also found valuable perspectives and ideas, that further supported them in shaping their vision for future development.
