Personality Dimensions® Workshop for the 2025/2026 academic year has successfully concludes

2025/12/30

The Psychological Counseling Service of the Student Affairs Office of Macau University of Science and Technology successfully held the Personality Dimensions® Workshop on 19th November, 2025 in Room R407. This workshop was co-organized by YMCA and primarily led by their externally engaged independent instructor, Ms. Yip Man Chi. The event received an enthusiastic response during registration.

The Personality Dimensions® is a professional and reliable personality analysis tool, developed from years of research by multiple Canadian personality experts. Its core concept is based on four innate temperament tendencies that influence how individuals develop their identity and self-esteem. This tool can be applied in areas such as self-awareness, interpersonal relationships, and career planning to foster personal growth.

During the workshop, participants first learned about behavioral patterns associated with different personality traits, followed by completing a personality tendency assessment. Through various group experiential games, activities, discussions, and practical exercises, participants gained a deeper understanding of the characteristics of different personality types. Many expressed interest in future similar activities to further explore the similarities and differences among various personality types, thereby enhancing their interpersonal communication skills.

The Psychological Counseling Service regularly holds lectures, workshops, and activities on various themes. We look forward to your participation and to walking this journey together again!
