The Psychological Counseling Service of the Student Affairs Office of Macau University of Science and Technology held the "OH Cards Workshop (Interpersonal Relationships)” on 17th October in room R412. The workshop was led by a psychological counselor and certified OH Cards facilitator, who guided participants in self-exploration through various interactive games, exercises, and elements of expressive arts.
OH Cards are a simple yet practical intuitive association tool that can be used for self-exploration, spiritual communication, potential development, creative association, and more. During the workshop, participants expressed their thoughts and feelings through group discussions involving OH Cards, while learning to respect differences and listen attentively during mutual sharing. In the story relay segment with image cards, participants demonstrated their creativity and team spirit. Some participants mentioned that the activities involving card association and drawing helped them connect with their future goals. The workshop concluded with participants sharing and encouraging one another.
