The Student Affairs Office organized three sessions of the "2025/2026 Academic Year Orientation" on August 27 and 28, 2025, at the R109 Grand Auditorium. The initiative aimed to inspire the incoming undergraduate class while equipping them with vital insights for a seamless integration into academic and campus life. Tailored to offer thorough support and guidance to first-time students adjusting to university, the event drew an impressive turnout of more than 2,500 participants representing diverse schools and faculties.

At the orientation session, the staff from the Student Affairs Office sincerely provided the new students with detailed explanations of essential knowledge and precautions for studying in Macau. They introduced the various functional areas of the Student Affairs Office, scholarship, legal and school regulations, the mentorship program, visa and insurance matters, dormitories overview, mental health and counseling services, as well as the vibrant student associations activities. This gave the new students a clearer understanding and anticipation of university life. It is worth mentioning that before the formal presentation, the orientation session began with senior students from the Art Troupe leading the singing of the school song. Additionally, the staff from the Student Affairs Office carefully prepared interactive games to enhance the new students' engagement with the information and raise awareness of their physical and mental well-being. The event concluded successfully with a chorus of the school song, its powerful melody conveying the cohesive spirit of the campus culture!

This orientation not only provided practical guidance for starting university but also allowed new students to feel the warmth and care of the school. We look forward to seeing the freshmen thrive in this fertile ground, pursue their dreams courageously in their academic exploration and life journey, and write their own chapter of youth.
