MUST Students Receive Outstanding Performance Award at the 8th Community Safety Youth Leadership Program

The closing ceremony of the 8th Community Safety Youth Leadership Program, as well as the 13th Anti-Crime Pioneer Program, was held by the Judiciary Police at the University of Macau on July 29, 2026. Ms. Tam Kit Leng, Duty Manager of the Student Affairs Office of MUST, was invited to attend the ceremony. At the ceremony, Mr. Sit Chong Meng, Director of the Judiciary Police, encouraged students to stay true to their original aspirations, continue to promote the spirit of law-abiding patriotism, and contribute to building a strong country and national rejuvenation.

A total of 225 students participated in the program, and 145 students were recognized for their outstanding performance, active engagement in “Anti-Crime” promotion, and community service. Four MUST students received the Outstanding Performance Award: Wang Chaoran (FIE), Liu Fangyu (MSB), Luo Kangmin (FA), and Chan Chon Kei (SLA).

The Community Safety Youth Leadership Program covers national education, security education, criminal law, crisis response, and leadership skills, comprehensively enhancing participants’ overall competence and practical abilities. The Student Affairs Office of MUST has actively encouraged students to join the program, hoping they can engage with the community, serve the public, and promote crime prevention knowledge across all sectors of society. Moving forward, MUST will continue to collaborate with the Judiciary Police to guide students in exerting positive peer influence and promoting the values of loving the country and Macao, as well as knowing and abiding by the law.
