The Student Affairs Office Psychological Counseling Team of Macau University of Science and Technology organizes a series of psychological health activities every academic year to promote campus mental health. The MBTI Tea Workshop event was successfully held on March 11, 2025 (Tuesday) from 16:30 to 18:00 in Room R404 and on March 18 (Wednesday) from 11:00 to 12:30 in Room R401.
The event included two workshops with the themes "MBTI Tea Workshop - Life Edition" and "MBTI Tea Workshop - Academic and Career Edition". Through understanding one's MBTI type, the aim was to enhance self-awareness, appreciate and accept one's personality traits, maintain an open mindset towards them, promote change and growth, better tackle challenges in life and learn in a more flexible manner. Furthermore, exploring the strengths of different personality traits aimed to facilitate future career planning.
The activities were accompanied by tea and light music, aiming to leisurely explore oneself with a slow living attitude. The goal was to create a relaxed and leisurely atmosphere, fostering the exploration of new possibilities and uncovering one's potentials. Students expressed that they gained a better understanding of themselves through this event, and felt relaxed and happy during group discussions and making sachets. The event concluded successfully.
