Student Dormitory held “Scam Prevention Game Booth” to enhance the awareness of Scam
To enhance the awareness and response capabilities of dormitory residents against fraud and scams, the Dormitory and Life Experience Team of the Student Affairs Office held a five-day game booth from 10th March to 14th March, 2025 in the on-campus dormitories and the Dormitory Activity Center. The event combined interactive games with common fraud cases, aiming to help residents identify scam tactics and strengthen their prevention awareness in a relaxed atmosphere.
This event specially invited members of the Dormitory Vanguard to collaborate. The team members were fully engaged and actively promoted anti-fraud knowledge. A variety of interactive games were set up on site. In addition to the puzzle game about public security, procuratorial, and judicial scams, new interactive games related to common scams such as order-padding fraud, phishing messages, and online shopping scams were added, attracting more than 300 dormitory residents to participate enthusiastically. The Student Affairs Office hopes that through these games, residents will gain a deeper understanding of various scam tactics in a relaxed and enjoyable environment, further enhancing their prevention awareness and reducing the risk of fraud.
The Dormitory and Life Experience Team of the Student Affairs Office has always placed great emphasis on the fraud prevention awareness of dormitory residents. By holding such events annually, the group has effectively increased residents’ alertness to anti-fraud information and enhanced their prevention awareness. At the same time, the group regularly updates anti-fraud information to create a safe dormitory environment.
