"Traffic Safety Week" Advocates for Compliance with Traffic Rules

The “Dormitory Vanguard” under the Dormitory and Life Experience Group of the Student Affairs Office of Macau University of Science and Technology launched the “Traffic Safety Week” from 27th November, 2023, aiming to enhance the awareness of traffic safety among teachers and students and to strengthen their traffic safety consciousness.

Dormitory Vanguard members learn how to command traffic from security personnel

Dormitory and Life Experience Team of Student Affairs Office has been continuously holding the “Traffic Safety Week” for many years, which was previously carried out by the Traffic Sub-team of the Campus Safety Patrol Team. This year, the team has been restructured into the “Dormitory Vanguard”, members were assisted in directing pedestrians and vehicle flow during busier times on campus, while also advocating for compliance with traffic rules and calling for attention to traffic safety. The "Dormitory Vanguard" members are enthusiastic about participating in campus affairs and actively promote the spirit of good neighborliness, which helps to enhance the awareness of teachers and students to abide by the law and also helps to maintain the safety of campus roads.
