Zhou Xi, the award-winning, the team leader of MUST Social Service Team, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her alma mater,M.U.S.T., for providing her with a platform and opportunities to contribute. She also thanked the organizing committee for their recognition. Winning this award was not achieved by her efforts alone but was the result of collective efforts of all the members of MUST Social Service Team. They’re willing to spendtheir time and energy into social service, and she was grateful to each member of the team. She has learned and gained a lot in the past three years. Some seniors of the team once told her, the most important belief in voluntary work was to firmly believe that "Life can influence life." This statement has not only been a source of support for her along the way, but will also serve as a firm and long-lasting foundation for her future in the path of volunteer work. Zhou Xi mentioned that she would graduate and leave the school next year, but today's award did not represent the end of her volunteer work. She believed that after acquiring more professional knowledge in the future, she would be able to serve more people with a broader mindset and professional perspective. She hoped that MUST Social Service Team would continue to improve, and that volunteer work in Macau would thrive.
Huang Sifan, member of the MUST Social Service Team and Vice Chairman of the MUST Best Buddies, expressed sincere gratitude to the university for providing students with a broad platform for volunteer service. In addition to volunteer activities on campus, they could also actively integrate into the Macau community for social service. On their volunteer journey, the guidance and support from senior members have been invaluable. She hoped in the future, more and more students will join the ranks of MUST volunteers in service to the community.
