Student Affairs Office and the Judiciary Police Co-organize Anti-Telephone Fraud Interview

To enhance the scam awareness and self-protection abilities of residents in student dormitories, representatives from the Judiciary Police visited student dormitory on 2nd, 3rd and 7th March,2023 to conduct anti-telephone fraud interview activities with residents. The aim is to familiarize residents with the latest telephone fraud tactics, strengthen their defenses, and prevent them from being deceived.

During the interview, the staff from the Judiciary Police Department provided detailed information on the latest telephone fraud methods, combining real case sharing to remind residents that if they receive calls from unknown sources, where the caller requests personal identification information and bank account passwords, or transfers the call to other government departments or institutions for case handling over the phone, or even requests "fund review" or instructs money transfers, they should hang up immediately and remember not to be deceived.
