Orientation Session
The Office of Student Affairs organizes an "Orientation Session" during the first week after the start of each new academic year. This event provides comprehensive support and guidance for the newly enrolled undergraduate students who have just joined the campus to provide comprehensive support and guidance to pre-undergraduate freshmen who have just entered the campus. The content covers important information about campus life and academics, making it an essential "introductory course" for every new student!
At the Orientation Session, the student affairs office will introduce the functions and responsibilities of the department, as well as the various specialized programs and educational initiatives that are closely connected to student life.
Teachers from the Student Affairs Office and the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Career Planning will introducing student visas, insurance, laws and regulations, university rules, psychological consultation and counseling services, campus accommodation, student societies and student activities.
