Application procedures for “Special Authorization to Stay” for Non-resident Students
To all non-resident students of Pre-University Studies and Undergraduate programs,
Please to be informed that all non-resident students should submit online applications for “Special Authorization to Stay” through the “Integrated Online System for Special Authorization to Stay for Non-resident Students” starting from August 15, 2024. Please log in to the website of the Public Security Police Force fsm.gov.mo/psp/stdapp/info.aspx, or scan the QR code below to complete the online application.
After submitting the application, please complete the remaining formalities with the following documents at the Immigration Building at Pac On as soon as possible within the limit of stayNote 1(refer to attached file 1&2):

Original document:
a. Students from Mainland China –a valid “P.R.C. Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao” and “Type D – Stay” endorsement;
b. Students from other countries / regions –a valid passport / travel document;A recent 1.5-inch, full-face, no-hat, white-background, colored or black-and-white photo of the interested person is required if the photo has not been uploaded in the above system.
